PRWeb UK) May 26, 2010 -- Tuesday 1st June, 2010 will see Quintessentially, the global luxury lifestyle group, host the Quintessentially Awards to celebrate and honour purveyors of luxury and excellence from across the globe. The inaugural awards, representing the luxury market across the fashion, travel and lifestyle sectors, will be held at the Freemasons’ Hall in Covent Garden, produced by Quintessentially Events and compared by Claudia Winkleman. The event will also see a glittering attendance from a selection of key-opinion formers, VIPs, taste makers and individuals from a host of media titles.
The categories for the awards have been chosen to reflect the very best of luxury brands across key areas including travel, fashion, fine dining, nightlife and art. Drawing on Quintessentially’s expertise in the UK, five of the awards have been dedicated to championing Britain’s finest with a further 17 international categories ranging from ‘Fashion Designer of the Year’ and ‘Private Island of the Year’ to ‘Car of the Year’ and ‘Air Travel Provider of the Year’.

Nominees for the awards have been selected by an esteemed panel of experts; Quintessentially’s co-founders Aaron Simpson, Ben Elliot and Paul Drummond, alongside Abby O’Neal, from the BVI Tourism Board. Utilising their unrivalled access to high net worth individuals and extensive knowledge of the luxury arena, the judging panel have pin-pointed the most deserving nominees of the Quintessentially Award title in each division. Working in collaboration with partners PTY and headline sponsor BVI, the nominees for the Quintessentially Awards have all been chosen to represent the best of the best in each of the categories.
The winner of each category will be voted for exclusively by Quintessentially members through a personal email inviting them to choose one winner from each category that they feel deserves the recognition and acknowledgement within the industry to receive the Quintessentially Award.
