Merge Fields – a new feature enabling users to automate and personalize Emails to candidates is now available. By allowing to insert predefined custom fields in all E-Mail templates, this feature is a great time saver and enhances the candidate experience with more personalized communication.

Mass Actions and Communication – improving the efficiency of the work and time to respond to candidates by using the new mass actions on applicants. Users can select multiple applicants to reject or send a mass E-Mail to. This saves time and allows users to focus on review and communication with qualified candidates.

Auto Reply – this new feature improves the candidate experience. As applicants submit their resume, the Auto Reply feature will send a personalized E-mail allowing for qualitative communication right at the point of application.
