AMP Holding, Inc. (OTCBB: AMPD), a company engaged in the all-electric, emission-free conversion of new vehicles, announced today that FINRA has approved the name change for AMP Holding, Inc. (“AMP”) and the issuance of a new symbol. AMP’s symbol will change from TTSO to AMPD. The change in the Company's name and ticker symbol was effected in connection with the previously announced acquisition of AMP Electric Vehicles, Inc. by Title Starts Online, Inc. The change in the symbol will take effect beginning at the open of business today, May 26, 2010.

Steve Burns, CEO of AMP, said, “While administrative in nature, our ticker symbol and name change comes at a time when the doors to the Company’s future are wide open. This summer marks a historic event for AMP, as we will be delivering our first full-size AMP electric 2010 GM Chevy Equinox crossovers, the first of its kind to hit the market. We are truly excited for what the future holds.”
