She combines her extensive medical background with a Masters degree in exercise physiology and twenty-five years of experience in fitness and nutrition to bring a unique perspective to the world of health. She is board certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management, so she has an understanding of disease from its most critical life-threatening perspectives.
