Consumer Bankruptcy 101: Building a Successful Chapter 13 Practice

In addition, the seminar will also cover other basic issues such as filing your first Chapter 13 case using ECF, the Automatic Stay and the effect of prior filings, and how to prepare your files and your client for 341 meetings. Presenters will also discuss in detail the Plan confirmation process and requirement for post-confirmation Plan modifications, as well as the debtor’s discharge and the requirements for a hardship discharge.
