The Devine Group, in strategic partnership with Iscopia Software, has launched a new one-stop hiring solution aimed at small- and mid-sized businesses to assist in streamlining their hiring processes.

This Applicant Qualification System (AQS) allows companies to seamlessly track candidates through the entire hiring process, from the moment they apply for a job until an offer is accepted.

“With this product, we will provide automated, turnkey applicant-employee processing systems that will bring efficiency and cost-reduction benefits to our clients,” stated David Devine, chief executive officer of The Devine Group.

The system was initially rolled out in April to Chartwell Hospitality, a leading provider of high quality service hotels with locations nationwide. It is now available to all prospective and current clients of on its Wingnut talent management platform.

With Wingnut AQS, companies are able to house their job postings, candidate resumes, assessment results and interview responses in one central location, encouraging communication and information sharing between decision makers. Additionally, businesses can create and send customized prequalifying questions to individual candidates.
