CareSource, a non-profit, public-sector managed care company, has been ranked third on the Dayton Business Journal's Dayton-Area Top 100 Companies List in its May 14, 2010 edition. CareSource's rank is up three places from 2008, when they finished sixth on the list.

"As a non-profit, managed health care company and a supporter of health care reform, we are very proud to be one of the fastest growing companies in the Dayton area," CareSource President and CEO Pamela Morris said. The Dayton-Area Top 100 Companies List, which is ordered by revenue, ranked CareSource as third with a reported $2.4 billion in revenue. According to the Dayton Business Journal, CareSource added more than 26 percent in revenue for the second consecutive year. CareSource, headquartered in downtown Dayton, employs nearly 900 employees in Ohio and Michigan.
