Customers using Incential Compensation Manager to administer their cash-based sales compensation programs can now add non-cash programs with merchandise, travel and gift card rewards. A single, integrated interface allows administrators to build plans for short-term contests, annual President’s Clubs and other rewards programs directly in the same software they use to administer all of their cash incentives. The results of reward program calculations, whether they are measured in points, dollars or rankings, are transferred to the rewards redemption engine via secure web services. Sales Reps and Managers can view their progress, determine winners and redeem their rewards within the same, secure and personalized Incential Portals where they access all of their other performance data.

A key advantage of non-cash reward programs over traditional cash incentives like bonuses and commissions are that they can increase employee retention; motivating high-performing sales representatives with the ability to build their points and rewards over time.
