SAPPHIRE NOW is an interactive and collaborative learning and networking event for SAP partners and customers worldwide. On the second day of the conference, Steve Horn, Director of Training at AspireHR University, presented, “Design, Develop, and Deliver Highly-Effective SAP End-User Training.” He discussed key factors that lead to the design, development, and delivery of highly effective, well-timed end-user training that will meet the unique needs of the user community. Such points included how to start planning early for end-user training, design training to meet the unique needs of your users, provide multiple training mediums, and time training with users in mind. The presentation also provided an overview of the phases of end-user training delivery road map.
“I really enjoyed sharing our SAP end-user training experiences and lessons learned with other training professionals from across the Americas,” said Horn. “As we all agreed during the session, our goal as trainers is to get our end-user educated on their new SAP tools and excited about using them. At AspireHR University, that is our primary mission.”
