Milwaukee's PyraMax Bank Launches iPhone App for Mobile Banking

PyraMax Bank in Milwaukee, Wis., has a new iPhone App that lets clients check balances, make balance transfers, do online payments and more with a mobile phone.

Life doesn't happen around regular banking hours.

PyraMax Bank announced today the launch of its iPhone app for mobile banking and payments. Available now through PyraMax Bank’s website and at the Apple App store, the PyraMax Bank App lets clients check their balances in real time, view mini-statements, transfer funds between accounts and pay bills.

“We all know life just doesn’t happen around regular bank hours,” says Karen Murphy, senior vice president of retail banking at PyraMax Bank. “With the new iPhone app and the other mobile apps already offered by our bank, we can be there for our clients whenever and wherever they are.”

PyraMax Bank currently offers other mobile channels for all of its personal banking accounts, including a downloadable Blackberry application and access via the mobile browser. The new iPhone app comes at a time when more than half of all iPhone owners use mobile banking, according to a recent survey by Javelin Strategy & Research.
