Arkansas Federal Credit Union Identifies Coaching Opportunities with FMSI’s Lobby Tracking System (LTS)

Arkansas Federal Credit Union has effectively utilized the LTS product to track, analyze and identify coaching opportunities – resulting in a dramatic improvement in employee performance and ultimately led to an increase in their sales and service.

With over 83,000 members and 13 branch locations, AFCU has effectively utilized the LTS product to track and analyze member interactions – resulting in a richer member experience.

Over the years Arkansas Federal has experienced increasing levels of lobby traffic and needed a tool to help them determine the appropriate staffing levels in various member service specialties as well as a tool to help them determine quantifiable member interactions. By implementing the LTS system this added a dedicated resource that allowed AFCU to track and analyze the member interactions with Member Service Specialist and add that missing tool to AFCU’s tool belt. Christian, AVP/Branch Operations for Arkansas Federal Credit Union, elaborated on this by stating, “The Lobby Tracking System enables our Branch Managers to analyze historic data such as assist times per product and cross-sell ratios. Having this information readily available supports them in making critical staffing and training decisions. We have realized sizeable gains in our sales and service levels as a direct result.”

Another benefit AFCU has experienced with LTS is a substantially enhanced member sign-in process. Specifically, when a member arrives at one of their branches they immediately go to a self-directed kiosk and sign themselves in with all the pertinent information for their visit. The LTS system in real-time then notifies all the staff connected to the LTS web-based branch network that they have arrived. Tammy recently described this experience by stating, “The LTS eClipboard queue management feature led to a seamless and professional process that our members have appreciated.”
