The Board of Directors of PartMiner WorldWide announced today the appointment of David Churchill as chief executive officer. Mr. Churchill comes to PartMiner from Agilent Technologies where between 2005 and 2010 he ran a number of business units, most recently Network and Digital Systems with responsibilities for $800 million of revenue.
The company also announced that Christopher Meyer is appointed Chairman of PartMiner. Mr. Meyer has devoted the past eight years to building PartMiner into the leading online transaction platform in the industry, and will remain actively engaged in market and business development.
Prior to Agilent, Mr. Churchill spent 10 years with Tektronix, living both in Europe and the USA while managing a number of business units.
