Cawston to cover customer lifecycle management as key to loyalty

Strategic Connections, Inc. (SCI), provider of the leading integrated communications and marketing connectivity platform, today announced that President and CEO Christopher Cawston will be a featured speaker at the Automotive Customer Centricity Summit to be held at the Ritz Carlton in Marina del Ray, California, on June 8 and 9.

Cawston will speak on the topic of "Customer Lifecycle Management - the Key to Increased Sales and Loyalty" at 9:15 a.m. on Tuesday, June 8. His presentation will focus on how OEMs and dealers can manage and improve the customer's "ownership experience." He will provide real-life examples and guidance on how applying customer centricity principles to lead management and the rest of the customer lifecycle is transforming the automotive industry.

""Today, the only true differentiator in the automotive industry is the ownership experience," said Cawston. "I look forward to sharing with OEMs and dealers some of the customer-centric techniques and processes that have proven successful for SCI clients such as General Motors, BMW, and others."

Now in its sixth year, the Automotive Customer Centricity Summit is the only national summit dedicated to helping the automotive industry improve customer relationships. Organized by Thought Leadership Summits, the event provides a learning environment for senior-level executives from OEMs, dealers, and captives. To find out more, or to register for the event, see
