One of Cookshack's most popular residential smokers, the Cookshack Smokette Elite SM025, will be one of the topics featured on the "Fire It Up" episode this Saturday at 7:00 p.m. Central Time. Earlier this year, a Food Network camera crew traveled to Ponca City and spent almost 8 hours at the Cookshack manufacturing facility collecting footage for the show. Beginning with cutting each piece of stainless steel, to welding and assembly, the episode will show a behind the scenes look at how the Smokette is made. Also featured in the "Fire It Up" episode is KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce, B&M Baked Beans, Fritos BBQ Twists, Sadler's Pit Smoked Beef Brisket, and Big Bob Gibson's Restaurant. The episode is scheduled to air this Saturday, June 5th, at 7:00 p.m., Sunday, June 6th, at 2:00 a.m., and Wednesday, June 9th, at 10:30 p.m. on The Food Network channel.
