Sability delivers rapid results with Workforce Management System Health Checkup for Ball Corporation

Sability has just completed a Workforce Management Systems Health Check for Ball Corporation. Ball engaged Sability to perform the Health Checkup after deploying the Workbrain WFM system to their first thirty sites and experiencing performance challenges during peak usage. Sability completed their analysis and identified issues in Ball’s software and infrastructure configurations which were contributing to the slow down. The selected fixes were applied and the plant rollout continued.
