Gainesville, FL (PRWEB) June 16, 2010
Business Consulting Options, LLC (BCO) knows exactly what “we all win” means as proud sponsors and participants in the 12th Annual Crescent Beach Challenge to be held at Marineland Park in the St. Augustine, Florida area on Saturday, 18 June 2010. This marks the first year of involvement in the charitable event for the online merchant cash advance provider.
Business Consulting Options, LLC, founded in 2009, has built a loyal customer base through offering a viable alternative to the business loan. Merchants in need of additional working capital can apply in a variety of ways for direct and fast funding through the company’s Business Loan Option website.
“Today’s economy holds no promises for much of the population and many businesses in our area,” says Oscar Rodriguez, Director and a founding member of BCO. “Add a serious illness like cancer to the mix and lines become even grayer. This is exactly why it is so important for local businesses to support such important causes like the CBC. We hope to continue the tradition every year.”
The North Florida Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, a non-profit organization dedicated to funding cancer research, education, and patient services, is the recipient of all proceeds from the CBC. Event organizers raise money through participant registration ($30), individual contributions, and business sponsorships (minimum of $300), much like the one by Business Consulting Options. Last year, the CBC main event raised more than $18,000 for the cause.
The Crescent Beach Challenge (CBC) is a family-organized event and fundraiser in which participants paddle, swim, and run their way to a financial goal. The event supports and honors those affected by leukemia, lymphoma, and other blood-related cancers. It was founded in 1999 in memory of Nancy Chellemi, a mother of two that died of leukemia the year before.
