This study is a substantial tool for companies nationwide. The AMPC Newcomers can take this opportunity to acknowledge their achievements and re-create their success in years to come
Austin, TX (PRWEB) June 4, 2010
The Profiles Research Institute announces the 2010 America's Most Productive Companies (AMPC) Newcomers. The AMPC Newcomers have achieved the top productivity ranking in their sub-industry this year, their first year in the study. There are over 170 Newcomers this year.
"This study is a substantial tool for companies nationwide. The AMPC Newcomers can take this opportunity to acknowledge their achievements and re-create their success in years to come," says Dario Priolo, Managing Director of the Profiles International Research Institute.
The AMPC study focuses specifically on labor productivity, which is defined as the revenue produced per full-time employee or full-time employee equivalent in 2009. The study only includes American organizations. To determine which companies were the most productive, the Profiles Research Institute analyzed financial data from over 2,200 publicly traded companies. A series of comprehensive studies were conducted on each company listed in the AMPC study, to identify the "best practices" exhibited by each organization.
"The companies worthy of Newcomer status have exceeded the accomplishments of their predecessors and now have an exciting opportunity," says Bud Haney, President of Profiles International. "These companies can utilize their productivity accomplishments from this year to set new goals for the future."
