EPI releases new high speed label applicator, M-Series Wipe-On

EPI Labelers, manufacturer of flexible packaging labelers, releases new high speed label applicator, M-Series Wipe-On. The advanced state- of-the-art machinery in the packaging industry is smaller, exhibits greater flexibility and has unlimited unwind/rewind combinations, allowing for greater speed labeling.

The M-Series Wipe-On presents a hard anodized aluminum, stainless steel, UHMW and Urethane construction. The speed labeler is equipped with automatic calibration, color touch screen HMI, speed matching encoder, sealed connections and PLC control. The high-speed labeler also presents a 1-minute label change thanks to its cantilevered design and adjustable, spring loaded drive system.

Additional features of the M-Series high speed labeler include main plate dimensions of 6” x 8.5”, modular design, easily convertible from right to left hand orientation, standard speed of 1200 in (30 m)/min, CE compliant, legendary EPI simplicity, standard web width 5” and remote mounted controls for ease of integration/operation.
