Michael Araten, president and CEO of K'NEX Brands, an international leader in the construction toy industry, will participate in a panel discussion titled “Putting It Together: A Strategic Checklist for Licensees” at the upcoming Licensing International Expo in Las Vegas, NV.
The presentation will include a case study of licensed toy product introductions, a discussion of the factors to consider in a licensing deal, a roadmap of the partners needed to make a license successful, game theory and negotiation advice in talking to licensors and tips and best practices.
