Just a few of the ReviewSNAP Version 2.0 enhancements include:
- Goal Progress Management: Users will not only be able to include quantitative goals, but will now be able to automatically track the percentage of completion.
- 360 Degree Survey Time Savings Step: The ability to set up an unlimited number of 360 degree surveys by importing critical employee and rater data.
- Split Screen Efficiency Option: Users will have the ability to complete a review on an employee while also viewing another screen that shows helpful information used in completing a thorough review such as past reviews, self-reviews, 360 degree surveys, and journal entries completed on the employee.
- Flexible Sign-off Order: Not all companies re adjust the order of quire signatures in the same order. This function allows everyone to the signatures to meet their needs.
