During the conference, on Wednesday, June 30, President & CEO Craig Brennan will host an interactive breakfast discussion about creating effective multi-channel customer listening strategies.

Attendees are invited to visit booth #13 to discover how Overtone delivers actionable insights to companies that need to uncover the hidden themes and sentiment in the volumes of online conversations about their products. Attendees will learn how online discussions from social networks and direct feedback platforms are rich in insights which every company can leverage. Start with the questions you'd like answered.” The breakfast discussion will begin at 7:30 a.m. in the Hyatt’s Empire Salon II Room.

This interactive discussion will help participants understand the benefits of listening to online customer conversations, and learn about the variety of customer insights to be gained from listening to these online conversations across multiple channels.
