Willbros, which provides construction and engineering services to the oil, gas and power industries, is using MobilityCentral to indentify over budget cellular spending, and to reduce or eliminate costs associated with 411 calls, downloads and unapproved features.

With construction entities worldwide, Willbros staffing varies based on the amount of work under contract at any given time - in the past five years ranging anywhere from 2,030 to 4,750 employees. Understandably, managing employee mobile contracts and spending was a difficult task for the Willbros IT staff.
