OnMessage, a Dallas-based integrated advertising agency, was recently named a winner in both the 2010 Hermes Creative Awards and 2010 Summit International Awards.
OnMessage received three Hermes Creative Awards including two "top-tier" platinum awards and one gold award. Platinum awards were received in the Advertising/Direct Mail category for the creation of client ALM First's direct mailer "A Greener Place" and in the Pro Bono category for the 2009 "Your" campaign, developed for the North Texas Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure ®. The agency also received a gold award in the Pro Bono category for its "A JoyfFULL Holiday" campaign for the North Texas Food Bank.
Administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP), the Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of traditional materials and programs and emerging technologies. More than 3,600 applications were received this year and only 18 percent were selected for the coveted platinum award.
OnMessage was also honored with three Summit Creative Awards®, one of three award competitions administered by the Summit International Awards organization. A silver award was received in the Health/Medicine Website category for AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group's "knowledgedriven.com," an online source for information and insight on the world of specialty pharma. The agency also took home two bronze awards: one in the Infomercial category for the production of a 30-minute infomercial for Golf's MVP and another in the Electronic Greeting/Holiday Card category for the agency's own holiday card, "Green Christmas".
The Summit Creative Awards recognize and celebrate the creative accomplishments of small- and medium-sized advertising agencies and other creative companies worldwide with annual billings of under $30 million. Thousands of submissions are received each year from 24 countries and are evaluated based on the strength of the big idea, quality of execution and ability to communicate and persuade.
