Active Adult Homebuyers Put Premium on Wealth of Amenities and Maintenance-Free Lifestyle Being Offered at Vistamor

America's love affair with oversized homes is going the way of the big SUVs. For the first time in 15 years the average size of new homes built in the U.S. is shrinking, according to recent reports. One of the factors driving the "rightsizing" of homes is the growing demand for active adult housing whose buyers are "empty-nesters" looking for carefree living with resort-style amenities.
