With M4 Solutions, we will have quick and easy access to data that is stored and shared company-wide
Richmond, VA (Vocus) June 11, 2010
Mapcom Systems, a leading provider of Geographical Operations System (GOS) software, announced today that Midvale Telephone Exchange, Inc., a telephone services provider based in Midvale, ID, has selected M4 Solutions as the operations solution to help manage their inside and outside networks for both their Arizona and Idaho facilities.
The M4 Solutions software includes complete design and mapping tools, integrated work order, fiber and central office management and various support applications such as CPR integration, dispatch management and services management. The M4 software is designed to map the entire telecom plant facility from the central office to the customer structure. The software then ties each map item back to an individual database record, which is then integrated with the telephone company’s existing customer, assignment and billing records.
“With M4 Solutions, we will have quick and easy access to data that is stored and shared company-wide,” said Rob Vowell, Network Operations Manager for Midvale Telephone Exchange. “We will be able to respond faster to our customers’ requests with a better knowledge of services available,” Vowell added.
Midvale Telephone Exchange joins over 150 telecommunications providers who have selected M4 Solutions.
