For a number of years, partner product training was handled in classroom settings in selected metropolitan cities once or twice a year. In addition, employee on-boarding, leadership, sales and technical training were handled manually. As both the partner network and in-house staff grew, the need for centralized, on-demand training and certification became imperative.
