Xcel HR Expands Midwest Presence through Acquisition of HR America

Revealing part of its strategy of growth through acquisition during 2010, Xcel HR formally announced that it had acquired HR America. The new entity, Xcel HR America, based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, effectively doubled the size of PEO and other HR Outsourcing operations and gave the firm a solid base of operations in the Midwest Region.

Revealing part of its strategy of growth through acquisition during 2010, Xcel HR formally announced that it had acquired HR America. The new entity, Xcel HR America, based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, effectively doubled the size of HR Outsourcing operations and gave the firm a solid base of operations in the Midwest Region. With sales and service offices in Boston, Fairfield, Connecticut, Washington, DC and now Fort Wayne, Xcel HR is positioned to serve the businesses throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest Regions.

Operations extend to 32 states.
