“The Fresno Regional Workforce Investment Board has shown exceptional vision by funding a project such as this. Attacking the problem of unemployment in our area at both ends in terms of providing support at the time of layoff as well as potentially mitigating reductions in force by engaging a firm such as ours. Our goal is to help companies find other areas to reduce costs rather than laying off people,” says Jim Dritsas, President at Blue Sky.

Blue Sky Resources has engineered a rapid operational audit protocol for this project which enables the firm to conduct assessments with minimal impact on the business participating in the program. The protocol covers wide range of cost driver analysis which includes energy conservation, waste, and available tax credits that may be taken advantage of. The firm employs individuals with a wide breadth of competencies ranging from accounting, finance, operations and marketing professionals to psychologists specializing in communications and testing.
