The goal of the webinar is to increase awareness of the growing trend of employees caring for loved ones; the result of aging family members needing care and the increase of women (“traditional caregivers”) in the workforce. In addition to lost productivity and higher healthcare costs, the burden of caregiving has prompted an increase in family leave requests as well as caregiver discrimination lawsuits.
