NexTech Approved for BOLD to Attend ASMBS Annual Meeting in Las Vegas

NexTech, the leader in Practice Management, Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Marketing software announces that Surgical Review Corporation (SRC) has approved them to transmit data into the Bariatric Outcomes Longitudinal Database (BOLD). NexTech is now a third party vendor of Bariatric software for bariatric surgeons entering information into the BOLD database.

Surgical Review Corporation developed BOLD to collect prospective data on all bariatric surgery patients treated by participants in the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS) Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence (BSCOE) program. BOLD is used to help evaluate program compliance and support quality improvement for bariatric and metabolic surgery.

In conjunction with this approval, NexTech will be attending the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery’s (ASMBS) Annual Meeting June 23, 2010 in Las Vegas. NexTech’s island booth will be located at booth #603 at the Aria Hotel at City Center Las Vegas.
