The American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM) http://www.aaham.org , a professional association, announces the publication and release of their new study manual for the Certified Patient Account Manager (CPAM) and Certified Clinic Account Manager (CCAM) exams.
This is a customized, companion manual which will be used for preparing for the AAHAM professional exam program developed in 1975. Each chapter has a “knowledge check” question and answer section as well as special icons highlighting specific study areas for CPAM and CCAM. The study guide is the only endorsed manual written by the association for AAHAM’s own certification programs. “AAHAM certifications have become the standard in healthcare administrative management and defined new levels of professionalism in patient financial services” said AAHAM Executive Director, Sharon Galler.
