Hagel & Company to hold annual Sage Abra Users Group Conference July 23, 2009, at Safeco Field in Seattle, Washington.

Hagel & Company (http://www.hagel.net), a leading provider of Sage North America's award-winning Sage Abra HRMS (human resource management system) since 1993, announced that its annual Sage Abra Customer Conference will be held on July 23rd, beginning at 1:00 p.m. at Safeco Field in Seattle.

As part of its ongoing commitment to foster a community of Abra users, Hagel and Company invites all employers using the Sage Abra HR and Payroll system to attend their annual Sage Abra Customer Conference. This event will feature numerous breakout sessions on the Abra system, including a session on the much anticipated Version 9 release, time to network with other users, dinner, and the opportunity to watch the Seattle Mariners beat the Boston Red Sox.

The event will start with pre-conference classes from 8:30 -11:30 a.m. PST. General registration opens at 12:30 p.m., with conference sessions beginning at 1:00 p.m. The sessions will cover topics relevant to Human Resources and Payroll departments including payroll balancing and reconciling, talent management, employment law updates, Sage Abra's new user interface, endorsed and third-party products that offer additional Abra functionality, Employee Self Service and more. Sessions will be led by experts in the field, including Hagel and Company staff professionals.

“Our User Conference is a great way for people to meet and learn from each other as well as have a fun time enjoying a ballgame,” said Frank Hagel, President of Hagel and Company. “This year we're excited to explore the new look and feel of Sage Abra and showcase the enhanced functionality that has been added. Full conference registration, including all sessions, dinner, and the baseball game, is $90 for the first attendee of a company, and $80 for each additional attendee from the same organization. Registrants interested in the afternoon sessions only, and not dinner or the game, can attend for $50 as the first individual in a company, or $40 as additional individuals.
