Latest findings from the 2010 edition of the Global RPO Report include:

  •     Over half of all hiring managers globally state that they are still having difficulty in recruiting staff, in spite of the turbulent employment markets.
  •     Hiring intentions are more buoyant for permanent roles in most markets.
  •     Size of organization remains the major determinant of maturity in outsourcing of recruitment functions.
  •     Faster time to hire staff is the primary benefit companies look for when making the decision to outsource recruitment.
  •     There are noteworthy distinctions in outsourcing maturity and expectations between the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions.

The 2010 Global Report provides an ongoing record of the development of the recruitment process outsourcing space, as well as trends in recruitment and HR as reported by organizations across the globe.
