Serengeti Systems, Inc.®, creator of Robo-FTP (robo-ftp.com), announced the addition of support staff for Robo-FTP, their secure and flexible workflow automation tool.

Robo-FTP, a secure, automated FTP client providing flexible workflow automation solutions to small and medium sized businesses has seen steady sales growth as businesses look for more ways to use workflow automation technology to gain a competitive advantage. The addition of local support staff was essential to ensure Serengeti’s customers continue to receive the level of service to which they are accustomed.

“While many software vendors seek to cut support costs by outsourcing to call centers, Serengeti has always maintained that having a local, well-trained support staff is a key part of our success. Our customers want simple, powerful tools backed by experienced, responsive support. We take pride in delivering exactly that,” says Joel Hodge (product manager).

As with all of Serengeti’s qualified technical support, the new Robo-FTP support team is located in Austin, Texas.
