“Larry is a great guy – patient, easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to interview,” enthused Richard Jacobs.

“I’m very pleased and honored that he gave his time and freely answered all the questions I had for him. It’s a big deal to be able to speak to the top DUI attorney in the United States, and I learned a great deal from interviewing him,” noted Jacobs.

Although the video interview is currently being edited, it’s projected to be released on June 29th, 2010. A few of the paraphrased questions were released and are as follows:

‘Has DUI simply become a convenient cash cow revenue source for cities, under the guise of public safety?’

‘Do you believe future DUI laws will at some point render most DUI attorneys unable to successfully defend clients?’

‘Do you see the potential of a legal "slippery slope" of the erosion of protections such as due process, and the right to trial by jury, arising in other areas of law because of what’s happened in the DUI arena?’

The video interview lasted over 20 minutes and is scheduled to appear on the website. A transcription of the interview will also be available shortly after the video(s) are released.
