Treadmill Doctor has announced the introduction of their new 360 Degree Guarantee Extended Service Plan Program. Treadmill Doctor will cover fitness equipment with their new 360 Degree Guarantee and provide consumers with coverage that extends past the original manufacturer labor and parts warranties and covers items and perils that are not typically covered by a standard warranty.

As the name implies, this is a different type of program than the traditional extended service plan program. While other extended service providers provide some additional coverage, it seems that many try to exclude and limit the coverage that is provided to the consumer. Treadmill Doctor is committed in their 360 Degree Guarantee program to provide complete coverage to the consumer. “Treadmill Doctor will not try to run away from our commitment to the consumer,” according to Treadmill Doctor CEO Jon Stevenson. “We want to provide a level of support and service never seen in the extended service plan business.”

Treadmill Doctor has been in business for 12 years and provides parts and support to the fitness industry and is the largest full-line dealer of parts for fitness equipment in the world. Treadmill Doctor reaches over 3.8 million consumers a year through their treadmill and elliptical reviews and has developed a reputation that has translated into their tagline - The Most Trusted Name in Fitness Equipment. Treadmill Doctor recognized this as a natural opportunity in order to branch into service areas like the new extended service plan - the 360 Degree Guarantee.

The 360 Degree Guarantee program will offer the following:

  • Extends the existing product warranty for parts and labor for 1, 2, 3, or 4 years.
  • Covers normal wear and tear.
  • Covers power surges and other electrical problems.
  • Provides a No Lemmon policy that offers product replacement if necessary.
  • Provides for unlimited in home repairs during the contract life.
