There is a wealth of information out there on ITIL and process improvement, but very little on leading cultural change and moving IT organizational behavior from an executive perspective. We hope to change that.

CastlePointe today announced its “Free Lunch” IT Transformation Webinar Series. This series of brief, 30-minute webinars will be held during the lunch hour to enable busy IT executives to gain valuable ideas and insights within their busy schedules. This webinar series will cover a broad range of topics about IT transformation efforts to improve efficiency, increase operational performance and drive strategic business value.

“We are very excited to offer this series of webinars to IT executives who are looking to drive significant change in their organizations,” said Charles Araujo, President and Managing Consultant of CastlePointe. “There is a wealth of information out there on ITIL and process improvement, but very little on leading cultural change and moving IT organizational behavior from an executive perspective. We hope to change that.”

Webinars will be held every 3 to 4 weeks and will address a topic related to cultural change, organizational effectiveness and driving business value and will offer a “free lunch” restaurant gift card to two attendees.

The first webinar in CastlePointe’s “Free Lunch” IT Transformation Webinar Series will be entitled, “Uniting IT: Bringing Apps and Infrastructure Together at Last.” It will explore the common challenge of IT silos and reveal key insights about why these silos really exist, why they are getting worse and some business-driven strategies to break through them to unite IT. The informative 30-minute webinar will explore ways to:

  • Build a foundation for partnership between your teams by focusing on business problems
  • Change team dynamics by continually asking, “What’s broken?”
  • Utilize a carefully designed program and governance structure to build cross-functional relationships
  • Create new “coalitions” that transcend functional boundaries and barriers

This brief, 30-minute webinar will occur on Wednesday, June 30th at 3:15pm EST / 12:15pm PST. Don't miss this opportunity to gain valuable insight on how to unite your IT organization at last. Register today!
