DETAILS:

In partnership with HR Chally Group, Mercer Human Resource Consulting conducted an in-depth study of the relationship between HR and Sales via interviews with executives from Fortune 1,000 companies. Mercer identified the practices that set apart those organizations that had built the strongest partnerships between Sales and HR, uncovering the barriers that prevent productive relationships.

The study was conducted to underscore the win-win scenario for organizations when Sales and HR have a collaborative rapport. HR executives can earn the esteem of their company's Sales team and contribute to the bottom line by building a partnership based on an in-depth knowledge of the problems faced by Sales. Sales also stands to profit from a strong HR-Sales partnership. Like HR, Sales has a limited amount of resources and can better leverage these resources by focusing on core activities and seeking support from other internal functions.

Sponsored by pan, the assessment division of TALX, this event will enable attendees to analyze their current state and learn from others how to define a plan to align Sales and HR.
