Sergott, who brings more that 25 years of technical and operational excellence, will be responsible for all product development, engineering, systems and operations.

Ted brings more than 25 years of product development experience with a proven ability to deliver enterprise grade software through a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Prior to Innotas, Ted spent the last decade as the head of product development building commercially successful, cloud-based products including eDiscovery for CaseCentral, Benefits Administration for BenefitStreet, Security products for MarkMonitor, and Payment Processing products for PaymentOne. Prior to the SaaS startups, Ted was a Managing Director at Charles Schwab where he built mission critical products including multi-channel CRM, trading, and public offering products.
Sergott graduated from Saint Mary's College of California with a M.B.A and Madonna University of Michigan with a B.S. in Computer Science.
