Their, state-of-the-art Jetrion digital presses make it all possible, printing labels in ultra-fine resolutions and rich, brilliant colors. And soon, clients will be able to place an order online and then track/manage the order at Ample Labels, giving businesses with printing needs one more reason to choose Ample.

Ample’s state-of-the-art technological capabilities make them a great partner for businesses in need of sharp, crisp digital labels for their products. Labels that are produced digitally are very high quality and quite cost-effective; they can also be delivered in a matter of days. Clients can choose from more than 4,000 different sizes, including ovals, circles, round-corner rectangles, starbursts and more.

At the heart of Ample’s digital printing capabilities are their ultra-versatile Jetrion digital presses: one Jetrion 4000 and one brand new Jetrion 4830. Together, they enable Ample to meet clients’ needs and market dynamics with short run lengths, multiple SKUs, short turnaround times and lower-margin jobs. They are capable of producing advanced drop-on-demand printheads and feature UV inkjet ink technology with grayscale capability to deliver print resolutions of up to 1000 dpi, rendering labels in near-photographic quality.

The Jetrion 4000 produces such labels at a printable width of 5.5 inches, while the 4830 boasts an even greater width of 8.3 inches. Both presses are equipped with Jetrion VDP (Variable Data Printing) integration solutions, which help businesses respond to market trends such as personalization (one-to-one marketing), localization (multi-language support), product versioning and serialization (bar coding) by creating new, more efficient services. For example, the Jetrion presses can print 1D and 2D barcodes, as well as variable text and numbers. The 4830 also has the capability to print opaque white ink on clear substrates allowing are clients even more digital printing options.
