OfferMobi, the 1st US based mobile affiliate network, is proud to sponsor the Digital Publishing and Advertising Conference (DPAC) being held in New York this week on Thursday, June 24th. OfferMobi's unique performance based approach to the exploding mobile ad network game will be showcased at the conference.

OfferMobi, the 1st US based performance marketing network for mobile advertising campaigns, is sponsoring this week's Digital Publishing and Advertising Conference (DPAC) being held Thursday, June 24that New York's Millennium Broadway Hotel.

OfferMobi's unique mobile advertising network is based on performance measures and not the traditional Cost per Thousand (CPM) model that almost all other mobile ad networks in the US follow.

"The DPAC show is an opportunity for digital publishers like the Wall Street Journal, Nielsen and Turner to see how a performance based model based on actual actions such as sales or lead generation through the mobile channel can be achieved at much less cost and with higher degrees of targeting than the CPM model." Says Mark Roth, Co-Founder and CEO of OfferMobi.

OfferMobi has, since its launch in early 2010, been quickly forging new ground in the mobile advertising space. With estimates by Gartner predicting the mobile ad market to grow to from $913 million in 2009 to $13 billion by 2013, OfferMobi is poised to carve out a share for its mobile affiliate network. Advertisers are attracted by the lower cost to entry and the measurable results not often able to be tracked through a CPM campaign.

The DPAC conference will bring together the leading figures in media, marketing, publishing, and technology to discuss the exploding digital content and advertising industry - exploring the new frontiers of "digital" for all content providers, agencies, and marketers. Mobile marketing will be the topic of at least 5 of the 24 sessions and a workshop is devoted entirely to Apps and Mobile Internet strategies.

DPAC will feature speakers and panelists form some the advertising industry's most visible players including Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Starcom MediaVest, Ogilvy North America, Barnes & Noble, Time Inc. Digital and Qualcomm. OfferMobi will be looking to work with digital publishers to help them monetize their billions of unsold or remnant ad impressions every month. OfferMobi works with advertisers to connect them with the publishers for their mobile ad campaigns and administrates all ad tracking code, creative deployments and payments on behalf of the advertiser.

OfferMobi's network of mobile publishers can deliver large scale amounts of clicks for app installs, lead generations, direct sales and premium content subscriptions via mobile. Among OfferMobi's mobile publishers are mobile ad networks who see OfferMobi as the next generation pay for performance model for mobile advertising. The same performance model that has generated millions in revenue for ad networks in the desktop web for the last several years.

"The digital publishers at DPAC have never seen this technology and level of development when it comes to serving ads for their mobile content." Quips Jimmy Chin, OfferMobi's VP of Marketing and Operations, "Performance is something the larger brands have not been accustomed to getting with CPM buys. Performance marketing on mobile devices lets an advertiser pay only for what they really want - leads, sales, installs, views, whatever it is, we can build a campaign that will reach millions and put the ROI back into the equation when apportioning their budgets."

Chin also noted the in particular, news outlets could benefit from click-to-call campaigns. The technology allows a racked call to be placed directly from the phone by clicking on a text ad or a banner while viewing on a mobile phone. Advertisers who employ a subscription model and use phone rooms to close customers, will find the click to call/pay per call model outperforms almost any other form of prospecting.

OfferMobi will be participating as both a sponsor and an exhibitor at the conference.
