Industry's first US-based mobile affiliate network to sponsor direct marketing industry's premiere mobile marketing and media event.

OfferMobi, the first US-based performance marketing network for mobile advertising campaigns, is sponsoring the Direct Marketing Association's Mobile Marketing & Media Conference being held on Wednesday, June 30th at the DMA Seminar Center in New York City. The company, which has established a reputation as the fastest-growing mobile affiliate networks worldwide in recent months, will also be exhibiting and unveiling a new ad model for mobile marketers based exclusively on performance. The DMA has traditionally been very receptive to performance style ad campaigns in the desktop web, but the transition to mobile marketing still remains a work-in-progress. Enter OfferMobi.

OfferMobi is the first such performance marketing network in the US focused solely on mobile campaigns. Their advertisers take advantage of the cost per action marketing model for mobile that has been popular in online ad networks. OfferMobi's unique approach for a mobile advertising network is based on performance measures and not the traditional Cost per Thousand (CPM) model that almost all other mobile ad networks in the US follow.

"The DMA Mobile Marketing and Media Conference provides OfferMobi with the ideal stage and audience to which we can provide insights and educate traditional web marketers on how to utilize their mobile campaigns in order to achieve maximum performance and ROI," said Mark Roth, Co-Founder and CEO of OfferMobi. "The tide is undoubtedly shifting, and direct marketers must now include mobile as a major marketing initiative for the future. OfferMobi is well positioned to assist advertisers in reducing costs and increasing the effectiveness of their mobile advertising campaigns."

OfferMobi has, since its launch in early 2010, been quickly establishing itself as a pioneer and innovator in the mobile advertising space. With estimates by Gartner predicting the mobile ad market to grow to from $913 million in 2009 to $13 billion by 2013, OfferMobi is poised to carve out a share for its mobile affiliate network. Advertisers are attracted by the lower cost to entry and the measurable results not often able to be tracked through a CPM campaign.

The DMA conference aims to educate and enlighten marketers to mobile's allure for their existing and new customers. Many brands have turned to Apps or mobile websites to interact directly with customers, but few have been able to show an ROI for their Apps or mobile sites. OfferMobi assists advertisers in arriving at a strategy that shows ROI from app installs, and visits to the advertiser's mobile website. Instead of paying up front just for impressions, OfferMobi ties payments for displaying ads to the performance of the ad as measured by App installs, leads/sales being generated, calls to call centers from click to call campaigns, or other measurable results.

The DMA's Mobile Marketing and Media Conference will feature speakers and panelists form some the advertising industry's most successful players in the mobile space right now. This includes brands and agencies such as MTV, Condé Nast, Nielsen, The Associated Press, Sports Illustrated, Weather Channel, Ogilvy, BennetBaker and Valhalla Partners .

At the event, OfferMobi will be looking to work with digital publishers and mobile ad networks to help them monetize their billions of unsold or remnant ad impressions every month. OfferMobi works with advertisers to connect them with the publishers for their mobile ad campaigns and administrates all ad tracking code, creative deployments and performance payments on behalf of the advertiser.

Direct Marketers have long been accustomed to performance based campaigns, and OfferMobi provides solutions based on that model for the mobile web. Because of the variety of mobile campaign types that fit well with existing sales infrastructure, such as click-to-call, mobile Pay per Click and mobile display advertising, OfferMobi has been enjoying quick success with large brands in promoting their campaigns to mobile publishers and mobile ad networks.
