The results show a significant increase in sales capacity, reduction in the cost of sales, reduction in errors, increased productivity and increase in internal customer satisfaction.

Nexus IS had a legacy system comprised of a number of tools and manual processes that had worked well for nearly ten years, however problems were beginning to appear with increasing severity. Even though this type of a system is still commonly used today and is the accepted standard, Nexus IS decided to search for a more automated solution. The compelling reason they switched to Netformx DesignXpert was the need to be able to quote to a case, i.e., design, quote, and then upload – all in the same platform. The independent case study demonstrates how Nexus IS was able to do approximately twice the work with the same amount of people, while reducing errors by 71% and increasing internal customer satisfaction by 100%.
