We invite anyone interested in where loyalty's going to subscribe and participate in the conversation.

RewardStream, a leading loyalty marketing technology company, today announced the launch of a new weekly “Loyalty Scan” blog event. The company invites new subscribers and contributors to the company’s GotLoyalty? blog , where they can follow the discussion and comment about a wide variety of loyalty programs.
Alexandra Best, RewardStream’s VP Marketing, explained, “We started Loyalty Scans a few months ago as casual get-togethers for staff on Friday afternoons. Each week someone brings in a new program for review; programs typically reflect the employee’s own interests and experiences or come from an industry or program type we’re already working on. Our original goal was to engage more of our staff in loyalty program analysis – not everyone gets to do it, and we felt it was critical to deepen loyalty domain knowledge for everyone in the company. We’ve amassed quite a lot of material over the past few months, and felt there was enough there to share with our followers and try to broaden the dialogue.”
The first post, published today, reviewed the Stash Hotel Rewards program, launched in May. The company expects to issue posts weekly, on Tuesdays. Loyalty Scans shall include a review of the loyalty program’s value proposition and a frank and honest opinion on what it delivers well and what might be improved in an ideal world. Guest bloggers from the company’s Loyalty Leader program will also contribute to the program.
