Take a moment to jot down some of the many blessings He has personally bestowed upon you throughout the years
Bloomington, IN (Vocus) June 24, 2010
“We are so busy today, we don’t take the time to notice that life is a celebration,” author Sandra C. Hall states in her new book, God Whispers. With this heartfelt book of poetry, she invites readers to slow down, enjoy the lovely poems and artwork while God whispers to them.
This collection of over thirty-five pages of enlightening prose and poems, reminds readers that God whispers to everyone everyday—from the time they wake up ‘til the time they close their eyes to sleep because He is everywhere – even in the simplest things and in the quietest seconds.
“Take a moment to jot down some of the many blessings He has personally bestowed upon you throughout the years,” Hall says. “You’ll find yourself reading the poems frequently and on your knees daily thanking God for blessing you and yours.”
Painted with beautifully rhymed verses and wonderful illustrations, God Whispers is a gentle reminder of the goodness, presence, and love of God through Jesus Christ.
This book will be featured in the 2010 National Education Association Book Exhibit in New Orleans, LA, on July 1-3, 2010. For more information, log on to Xlibris.com.
About the Author
Sandra C. Hall is the mother of three wonderful adult children, grandmother to six fantastic grandchildren and two precocious Yorkies. Her parents, her siblings, her grandparents and family all have a great love for the Lord. They have always been a singing praising family. In her previous book, Poetic Offerings of a Creatively Frustrated Christian, she states, “I like to think of my poems as modern day Psalms. They are my praise and worship to a more than worthy Savior. God has placed these words on my heart and I am commanded to share them with you. Remember that a blessing can’t really be a blessing until you’ve sowed it in someone else’s life.”
