Prudential Rubloff launches the “One Magnificent Life” marketing campaign with advertising set to debut in the Chicago Tribune on Sunday, June 27, 2010. The campaign clearly communicates to buyers and sellers the firm’s value proposition, helping consumers live “One Magnificent Life” by finding their ideal home. This message is carried throughout the firm’s marketing initiatives including advertising in five markets, on the company’s website, Rubloff.com, and throughout all social media.

Dynamic ads will run in publications throughout the markets Prudential Rubloff serves: Chicago, the North Shore, Lake County, DuPage County and Michigan’s Harbor Country.

“Owning a home isn’t purely a financial asset,” said Michael Pierson, President and Chairman of Prudential Rubloff. “When you feel great about where you live – when you love your surroundings, it can change your life. Living ‘One Magnificent Life’ is a universal goal. If you’re in the market to buy or sell, a Prudential Rubloff agent would be honored to help you.”

“Where consumers live and spend quality time with their family and friends has taken on new significance. As a result of economic conditions, they’ve re-evaluated their housing needs and wants,” said Chris Eigel, CEO of Prudential Rubloff. “An agent’s expertise plays an even greater role in today’s market. The right agent and the right company can help consumers achieve ‘One Magnificent Life’,” Eigel said.

Prudential Rubloff agents have access to the most sophisticated technology and tools available in the industry today. Premier Market Watch is one example of a real estate educational tool that Prudential Rubloff agents utilize, but it’s not available just to agents and their clients. Any consumer can receive free, detailed updates on the real estate market in their choice of neighborhood or town in Chicago, the North Shore, Lake County or DuPage County. Reports are delivered weekly via e-mail, and Prudential Rubloff is the only firm that offers it.

“Even the savviest consumer needs guidance in today’s real estate environment,” said Patrick Bergner, Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing for Prudential Rubloff. “The ‘One Magnificent Life’ campaign encourages consumers to take a look around and ask themselves a hard question. ‘Am I happy where I live?’ If you are thinking about where you are living and where you want to live, register for Premier Market Watch and, when you’re ready, contact a Prudential Rubloff sales professional to assist you in your quest to achieve ‘One Magnificent Life’,” Bergner concluded.
