Konrad as its new Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. RTIE offers its customer’s reliable, custom, and high-quality electronics products, based on its nearly 40 years of experience, in-house design engineers and manufacturing professionals.
Ms. Konrad is a strategic thinker with over 20 years of experience growing brands and profit, managing multi-million dollar budgets and maintaining partnerships to generate repeat business. Her background includes extensive leadership training, and numerous awards for exemplary performance while with companies such as Dow Chemical, Red Bull, Penta Water, and ConAgra Foods. Ms. Konrad possesses a high level of motivation and an incisive ability to meet objectives with her experience in market analysis, product launches, strategy development, sales negotiation and innovation. Ms. Konrad received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management & Marketing from Walsingham University, a Paralegal Degree In Administrative and Corporate Law from Ohio Paralegal Institute, and has completed professional certificate programs in finance and situational leadership.
In her role with RTI Electronics, Ms. Konrad will be managing marketing and sales budgets, programs, strategies and personnel. She will manage direct sales managers, brokered sales force, distributors and manufacturers’ representatives - across all channels including international and e-commerce. Ms. Konrad will ultimately be responsible for all brand and trade strategies and programs which RTI adopts.
