As the skills required to navigate today's recruitment landscape become increasingly complex, AIRS, the leader in recruitment training, announced today at the Society for Human Resource Management's (SHRM) 62nd Annual Conference & Exposition in San Diego, the launch of the industry's first certification that evaluates expertise in all key areas of recruiting.

AIRS Elite Certified Recruitment Expert certification (ECRE), was created for the accomplished recruiter who has already attained 4 out of the 5 AIRS certifications and is designed to demonstrate a recruiter's knowledge and ability to apply advanced recruiting concepts to general recruiting principles, social networking, diversity as well as basic and advanced internet recruiting.

"Between today's digital age and the on-going war for talent, there is more pressure than ever for recruiters to keep up with the most innovative sourcing strategies to find diverse, high quality talent. AIRS Elite Certified Recruitment Expert certification was designed to recognize those individuals who go above and beyond to stay on the cutting edge and want to establish themselves among the top recruiters in the world," said Laura Stoker, AIRS Senior Director of Training.

Unique from AIRS other five certifications, the Elite Certified Recruitment Expert certification does not coincide with an individual training class and is a standalone exam consisting of 50 multiple choice and essay questions covering today's most innovative and advanced internet recruiting techniques.

Stoker adds, "In today's competitive marketplace, it is vital recruiters set themselves apart from the crowd. Achieving the ECRE provides that opportunity by taking their credentials to a new level."

As the leader in recruitment training, AIRS certifications are widely recognized as the professional standard for modern-day talent acquisition. The Elite Certified Recruitment Expert Certification is AIRS sixth certification joining the Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter, (ACIR), Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR), Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter Certification (CSSR) and Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC).

Since 1997, AIRS has provided training solutions offering over 150,000 professionals across the globe the ability to take their recruiting to the next level. For more information on AIRS Elite Certified Recruitment Expert certification please visit http://www.airstraining.com
