MindLeaders made the announcement at the SHRM 2010 Annual Conference and Exposition in San Diego, booth 312 where the solution is available for live demonstration.

The Talent Development Solution brings together talent management processes like performance management, goal management, succession management, and 360-degree feedback into a platform that supports those processes with integrated competency management, learning resources to build targeted skills, and integrated coaching modules. The on-demand, point-of-need coaching helps employees at every level to use talent management effectively, focusing especially on the needs of managers to effectively lead their teams.

According to Bersin & Associates’ 2009 Talent Management Factbook, companies with a mature human capital management strategy enjoy many benefits, including 26% higher revenue per employee. However, according to Deloitte’s report on Managing Talent in a Turbulent Economy, 88% of business executives “fear that they will not have the necessary talent to lead their innovation programs after the recession ends.”
