The interactive Itinerary Builder, launched in May 2010, allows visitors to plan single and multi-day trips, incorporating everything from accommodations and dining to things to do and events to attend. Halifax vacationers can choose from hundreds of options sorted by category , including “Where to Stay,” with vacation packages and a wide variety of Halifax hotels, “Where to Eat,” showcasing locally inspired culinary experiences and Halifax restaurants, cafes and pubs and “Things to Do,” featuring Halifax attractions, events, entertainment, recreation and outdoor adventure.

Visitors to Destination Halifax’s website can create a personalized profile and plan each day of their visit using a simple drag-and-drop functionality that makes sorting Halifax hotels, packages and attractions easy.
